Visual information processing in adults with and without Neurofibromatosis 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is the goal?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We investigate whether the brain's responses to a change in adults with and without NF1 give the same result. We also want to measure how well someone can process visual information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Who can participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Adults with NF1, and adults without <\/strong>NF1 and without psychological or neurological complaints, aged 18 to 55 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How is it done?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n During a one-time visit of a maximum of 2 hours you will undergo so-called VEP measurements. We put 3 electrodes on your head, which measure brain activity while you watch a moving chessboard. You also perform a number of eye tasks on the computer, in which we follow your eye movements with an eye tracker.
