Fase 2 en 3 klinische studie naar het effect van het medicijn Sirolimus in kinderen met TSC.

In this study, designed and conducted by ENCORE, the effect of the drug Sirolimus on reducing seizures in TSC patients was tested. A total of 23 participants took part, including a number of TSC patients from the ENCORE expertise center. The study has been completed and the results were published in 2016.
