Phase 3 clinical study of the effect of the drug Simvastatin in patients with NF1
In this study, designed and conducted by our center of expertise, the effect of a 3 month treatment with the drug Simvastatin on cognition in children with NF1 was tested. A total of 62 participants took part. The study has been completed and the results were published:
