Again official recognition for all ENCORE Expertise centers
At the beginning of October, we as ENCORE Expertise Center received fantastic news! All our centers of expertise are recognized by the Dutch Federation of University Medical Centers (NFU) for a period of 5 years.
At the request of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS), the NFU, together with Orphanet NL and the VSOP, has the task of granting recognition to centers of expertise for rare diseases. In order to be recognized, certain criteria must be met that have been drawn up by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. We have been rewarded by the NFU with recognition for 15 Centers of Expertise, the highest possible number for a center. A wonderful gift for our 10 year anniversary. Many thanks to all colleagues who have worked very hard on this!
