HIP HIP HOORAY ENCORE 10 year anniversary!
The ENCORE expertise center is officially 10 years old. Although ENCORE was founded in 2010, the action plan was signed in June 2011 by the dean and the leaders of ENCORE Ype Elgersma (scientific head) and Henriette Moll (clinical head).
The purpose of establishing ENCORE was to join forces and improve care and research for rare genetic disorders with cognitive development disorders. For 10 years now, we have been working hard for and with our patients to gain more insight into the disorders and to improve their quality of life. The ENCORE expertise center would like to thank all colleagues, involved (patient) organizations, and especially our patients and their families for all their efforts and trust over the past 10 years. We look forward to many more years in which we can further improve our knowledge and care and are happy to include you in this!
